The Camera is an Electronic Eye and Memory
If I can see it, I can take a picture of it. It's enhanced memory and seeing, but it's legally the same as seeing. I am not the government.
Painting with Light is what the camera does. It may be easier to grab the image, but it's not less "Art" to find, capture, make composition with shadow and light and color manipulation.
You have no right to say "Don't look at me" and expect that I must comply.
In the same way, you have no right to say "Don't take my picture" and expect that I must comply. You can try to get me to not enhance my vision and memory by saying I can't bring a camera, but you have no right to keep me from taking pictures as you have no right to keep me from looking. The law has gotten fuzzy and lost on this point, it seems. Use in commerce is different, maybe.
Nudity is just as artistic and beautiful if done with a brush or captured by the camera's time freezing enhanced sight and memory. The difference in medium makes different problems in making great art. Taking pictures badly or painting bad nude drawings is still art, though maybe, bad art.
